About Me
I have experience with multiple types of learners and prioritize making our sessions accommodating and helpful. I use a gradual release of responsibility technique which ensures that students understand concepts before we move forward to new ideas. Helping you succeed is my priority!
Education
Graduated from Swarthmore College in 2019 with High Honors in Anthropology and a minor in History. Currently a Masters in Art Education student at VCUarts.
Teaching Experience
I have taught and tutored for two years. I worked with middle school students as a classroom aid and after school tutor, and have experience with second graders and high schoolers. I currently tutor college students and high schoolers.
Interests
I love to paint! I also love to play with my pet hamster and walk around the city.
I love teaching and explaining science at every level!
