The most important thing to know about me is that I strive to be as patient, understanding, and supportive as possible. I will take the time to really listen to your concerns as individuals and provide personalized guidance. Always remember: You are not a number - you are a human with a purpose! When I am not working, you can find me playing basketball and rooting for Charlotte's local sports teams, watching TV shows and movies, like Stranger Things and Marvel films, playing video games like Apex Legends/Overwatch with my nephews, and attending concerts/festivals (I recently went to the J. Cole Dreamville festival and got to see Drake live!

Teaching Experience
I have formal and informal teaching experience. I am an experienced tutor for K-12 and college students, specializing in ELA/Writing. With expertise in helping students in a variety of subjects, I have a proven track record of effectively preparing students for the English/Writing portion of the SAT/ACT, assisting them in acquiring proficiency in North Carolina standards and supporting them in a number of other subjects. With a passion for teaching and a commitment to providing individualized instruction, I am committed to helping students unlock their full potential and achieve academic success.

Reading, writing poetry, spending time with my family and pets, basketball, gaming with nephews, live music, and outdoor activities
